Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Applied

The ball is in your court on this one. We look forward to reviewing your application and are happy to answer any questions that you may have throughout the application and hiring process. You can reach us at careers@plateiq.com.
Stage 2

Review

Once we've received your application, a member of our team will review it. If you are a potential match, we'll schedule a call to learn about your skills and experience. Our goal is to review all applications within 24-48 hours.
Stage 3

HR Phone Screen

During the initial phone screen, a member of our HR team will provide a brief overview of the role and discuss your background in further detail. Expect open-ended questions around your abilities and work style as well as a few questions to gauge your fit into Plate IQ's culture. The goal of this call will be to align expectations, ensure there is a match on both ends, and answer any questions that you may have.
Stage 4

Team Review

Because our product consulting team is the true decision maker, any decision about candidate progression comes directly from them. The team will review the initial interview feedback and determine whether they would like to advance you in the hiring process.
Stage 5

Interview with Team Lead

During this stage, you will speak with a team lead from within the product consulting team. At this stage, it is all about culture, excellence, role expertise, and ability to contribute to team goals and initiatives.
Stage 6

Interview with Hiring Manager

This is probably the most important conversation in our hiring process. Our hiring manager will dig deeper into your past experiences, skills, and aptitude. At the same time, you will be evaluating them as a potential leader to grow and develop under. At Plate IQ, we understand the importance of this stage and our hiring managers strive to make thoughtful hiring decisions. In that pursuit, our hiring manager may need a few extra days to make sure they are making the right decision for their team. We apologize in advance for any delay, we know the wait is excruciating, and we thank you for your participation in our hiring process.
Stage 7

Interview with Senior Leadership

The final stretch! At this stage, we are tying up loose ends, gathering final bits of information, and diving deep into relevant areas of your background. We look at culture and value added and are mindful about making thoughtful hiring decisions to ensure we are bringing in the best fit.
Stage 8

Offer

The most rewarding part of our hiring process, truly. After you sign your offer letter, we will conduct a background check and a member of our HR team will be in touch to kick off onboarding!
Stage 9

Hired
